How do I undertake these qualifications?
The BIIAB Level 2 Certificate In Pub Chef Operations is a knowledge based qualifications and the learner will be required to undertake externally assessed knowledge assessments such as multiple choice and short answer examinations as well as internally assessed assessment knowledge modules.
The BIIAB Level 2 Certificate In Pub Chef Skills is a competency based qualification which requires the learner to be assessed within their workplace to ensure that they meet all the required skills.
