Following on from our recent post about the increasing demand for Vegan Chefs, meet Chef Day Radley, who has co-founded the Vegan Chef Institute to fast-track chefs in vegan cooking.
Chef Day is an international professional chef, cooking teacher and food writer. She has worked as Head Chef in three continents and in recent years has been hired as a private chef. Day regularly writes for UK & International Food magazines and has been featured on Sky News.
Day has been vegan for 24 years. Chef Daly opened the Vegan Chef Institute after hearing from restaurants that they can’t find the staff to meet the growing demand for creative vegan dishes.
